we were chillin at home unsuspecting of any horrible spirits that might
surround us...but when we saw the picture on the laptop we got so petrified that
we sold the apartment straight away...landlord was really unhappy...

Analysis
Leaving your apartment was probably a good call. These are nasty little spooks known for possessing the unsuspecting by entering the colon and making their way through the brain. I have to admit that this is the first time I have seen one captured, but based on the expression of the young lady on the right, it might be too late for her.
Conclusion
Never let it be said I don't have a sense of humor.
