Child on the Steps

This picture was taken from 100 steps in Baguio City Phil, my mother and my tita having their vacation...look there was a little head on right side..its not edit im scared also when we saw that..we think that is the head of my cousin asking for help...and be remembered!
Analysis
First, allow me to state a couple of things. It's a little bit of a stretch to assume that the appearance of a ghost is a cry for help. Most of the time, these are nothing more than stone tape recordings - replays of past events which have been recorded in the surrounding environment. They are no more aware of their environment than the characters in a movie playing in your DVD player.
The second thing I should point out is that there appears to be plenty of room on the steps for a child to lay down and peek over them which is what I suspect actually happened here. More than likely, this is a flesh and blood child who, like all well-trained kids, looked up when a picture was about to be taken - regardless of whether it was his parents taking the picture or not.
Conclusion
Probably not a ghost.
