Forest Phantom

The Story

Hey, this is a photo I took in 2008 when going to a camp with the family in Alberta, Canada. I've noticed a small figure hiding in the forest after taking this photo. This really creeps me out, as I haven't seen anyone around the trees when taking this photo.

Do you have any idea what it might be? Will you analyze it or post it on your site for me? I thank you in advance.

Analysis

Wow, that's a darn good picture!  I would have liked to have seen the original uncropped picture to rule out any Photoshop shenanigans, but I am impressed with this capture.  It's obviously a person with a face and everything appears to be where it's supposed to be.

With this kind of picture, if I were going to fake it, I would have used a pepper's ghost illusion - taken a picture of a pane of glass with someone standing behind me - but assuming that Jimmy is on the level, I think he's caught something very extraordinary.

Conclusion

Unless there is fakery, I think there's a ghost there!
