Haunted House

The Story

Okay so I got this picture from a friend. She was showing them to me and telling me how this house is haunted. It really freaked her out when I pointed out that there was a ghost like face in the 3rd window from the right. At first we laughed but when u zoom in it looks even more like a face.

I would say that the reason it looks this way is because the screen on the window is a little mangled and the light is hitting it in just the right way. It was neat anyways.

its not the best quality unfortunately I took a copy of it from Facebook and it ruins pictures.

Analysis

Ah, nothing pleases me more than readers who do my work for me.  Indeed, I concur with Lynn's assessment that the face is actually light hitting a window screen.  I also don't think it's any small coincidence that the face appears in the one window that doesn't have panes on it.

Still, I have to admit that this photo is a pretty good illusion.  It really does look like some entity is there in the window glaring at you, daring you to enter its abode.  Fortunately, Lynn is smart enough to separate imagination from reality.

Conclusion

Not a ghost.
