The Marietta Monster
The Story
I was in Marietta, Georgia this summer when I went on a ghost tour. I was a
little skeptical at first, until I got this picture. I thought it was just a
light or something.... but when you zoom in it looks like a skull. The Ruth
House was home to two twin girls and their family, I don't remember the whole
story, but there have been other sightings there of the twins. This picture has
been freaking me out, so... just take it. I don't want to keep scaring myself
and you are +1 ghost picture:) everyone wins.

Analysis
I believe that what you have caught here is a genuine blurry picture with something that kind of looks like a face but is probably some kind of plant in the sunlight. Hard to tell. I'm very doubtful this is the result of anything paranormal - your auto focus appears to be on the fritz.
Conclusion
Not a ghost.
